    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MORRISTOWN HAS ISSUED A WINTER
    STORM WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH
    SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

    SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE OVER MUCH OF THE
    WARNED AREA WITH 6 TO 8 INCHES POSSIBLE OVER THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS
    OF EAST TENNESSEE.

    A WINTER STORM WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR SIGNIFICANT
    SNOW...SLEET...AND/OR ICE ACCUMULATIONS. FUTURE DRIVING
    CONDITIONS MAY BECOME HAZARDOUS...SO CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE

    I have to say I would like a good snow. I mean having a few good snows, even having to go out in it, it just doesn't seem right not having a few heavy snows.
    What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.

    Well see that causes snow like washing a car causes it to rain. That's why we have had so little rain the last few years as I've gotten lazier on washing the car
